Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations should be intimated through email and refund policy will be effective from the date of receipt of this email.
• If cancelled 30 days or more before departure: 25% of the total package price would be retained as the cancellation fee.
• If cancelled 30 to 20 days before departure: 50% of the total package price would be retained as the cancellation fee.
• If cancelled 20 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package price would be retained as the cancellation fee.
• No shows (Not informed): 100% of the package price would be retained as cancellation fee.
• Cancellation may change according to hotel cancellation policy.
• Visa fees are non-refundable once the visa has been applied.
• Cancellation amount/charges will be calculated as per total booking amount.
• For Flights/Trains/Buses, the cancellation will be as per the cancellation policy of Airlines/Train/Transport respectively.

Terms and Conditions

• Above rates are subject to availability and 100% amount needs to be paid for flight tickets in advance.
• Your Package is confirmed as per confirmed date ROE + 50 Paise.
• Date of travel change or any other change requested after booking depends on availability.
• Similar alternate hotels may be provided if listed hotels are unavailable.
• The package price does not include expenses of personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, and camera fees.
• Additional expenses due to strikes, natural calamities, delay/cancellation of transport, etc. must be borne by the traveler.
• Daily timings for sightseeing will be guided by the local guide.
• Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies.
• Security deposits may be required at the time of hotel check-in.
• All travelers must carry valid IDs during the tour.
• Local taxes, cess, and gratuities must be borne by the traveler.
• Passport of all travelers must have at least 6 months validity from the date of departure.
